As you tap into your experience of your personal energy field and your connection with the natural world surrounding you, you may discover more vitality and aliveness within you. This is a beginners class and suitable for everyone. It will be gentle movement standing, seated, and on floor mats.
Led by Oshana Biondi, a physical therapist dedicated to the art of movement and healing. Her professional studies and background include dance, the Feldenkrais Method, Somatic Expression Art Therapy, Pilates, Qi Gong, Fascial work, intuitive and meditation development.
