In Pilates, we work the body through an effective series of core exercises designed by Joseph Pilates which are executed both standing and on the mat. We work every muscle, and lengthen every part of the body to create a toned, balanced and strong physique. We also stress the effectiveness of connecting your breath to the movement for the most effective workout for both your mind and body. No previous experience necessary.

Sabrina Tavalone is an innovative and passionate fitness trainer with over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Sabrina has been teaching a wide variety of fitness classes since 1990 which include Mat Pilates, Barre Fitness, Total Body Shaping, Group Step, Group Kick, Group Groove, Slide, Kickboxing, Urban Rebounding, and Hip-Hop.
