What to Expect:
Participants will be lying down on yoga mats, getting comfy with blankets and bolsters under your knees. Nicole will provide headsets and eye masks. She will teach us how to breathe and will lead us on an inner journey that will include, sound healing (solfeggio tones, binaural beats, and shamanic drumming) along with hypnotherapeutic suggestions leading us back to our soul selves as we breathe, release stuck energies and empower ourselves to live the truth of who we are.
