We invite you to join us for an experiential dive into the practice of Mindful Birding. We will slow down and relax our nervous systems by mindfully tuning into the birds. The birds are excellent allies to bring us into the present moment to experience rejuvenation, restoration, and improved states of mental and physical health. Mindful birding dovetails perfectly with the awareness and presence needed to learn the language of the birds. By paying attention to birds’ vocalizations and behaviors, we learn their secret language. Mindful birding facilitates the quiet mind and deep listening that reconnects us with ourselves and the natural world.
Molly is a mindful birding guide. She is certified by the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She is trained as a Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute and certified in Animal Communication. Molly is proudly queer and a grateful mother.
