Soul Care Series – Session Three – Soothing the Body Energy

This evening’s session will be facilitated by Carol Marcy and presented by Carol and Oshana Biondi

During the session on Soothing the Body you will be introduced to helpful principles and
practices. Carol Marcy will discuss the benefits of exercising with awareness, deep breathing and
grounding, as well as lead participants through a brief guided meditation in body awareness. Oshana
Biondi will teach you a very healing 15 minute series of Qi Flow exercises that combine practices from
Tai Chi and QiGong.

Each session over the following weeks will focus on a different practice and as we learn and
grow together may our hearts, minds and bodies remember that WE are each others harvests!

We will end the eight sessions with one focused on choosing our path forward and keeping
the community garden growing.

Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the session.
The Zoom link can be used for all sessions.
