Soul Care Series – Session Four – Journey into the Awakened Heart

This evening’s session will be facilitated by Ruah Bull and presented by Janet Dwinells.

Today you’ll experience how to awaken the powerful energy of the heart to positively affect
both yourself and others. Janet Dwinells will take you on a journey deeply within to meet your
soul – the divinity that you are – and discover the gifts she holds for you. You will learn that
moving forward with compassion and appreciation is the key to transforming your life into one
of peace and light.

Each session over the following weeks will focus on a different practice and as we learn and
grow together may our hearts, minds and bodies remember that WE are each others harvests!

We will end the eight sessions with one focused on choosing our path forward and keeping
the community garden growing.
