“When life feels tough, we often treat a friend with more kindness than we offer ourselves. 💛
In moments of failure or pain, it’s easy to become our own harshest critic — deepening our suffering instead of soothing it.
In this workshop, we’ll gently explore how to recognize these self-critical patterns and practice offering ourselves the same compassion we so easily give to others. Through mindfulness-based tools, you’ll learn to nurture a kinder, more understanding, and healing inner voice.”
We will use mindfulness meditations, journaling, and develop strategies to practice at
home.
