Train your body to move with flow rather than force. Learn to practice movement meditations designed to activate your physical vitality, to calm and relax your mind, and encourage harmony and balance within.
This class combines gentle movement and stretching, breath awareness and self-applied massage techniques for relieving stress and tension, and promoting inner tranquility. The benefits of Qi Gong have long been practiced for optimizing health and well-being. This is a beginners class and suitable for anyone. Practices will be mostly in standing, as well as seated/lying on yoga mats.
Class led by Oshana Biondi, a physical therapist dedicated to the art of movement and healing. Her professional studies and background include Qi Gong, Pilates, the Feldenkrais Method, Somatic Expressive Art Therapy, dance, myofascial bodywork, and intuitive healing.
