This four session program focuses on the foundation of mindfulness for beginners. Program will include mindfulness, sitting practice, didactic teachings, question and answer periods and time for participants to share their experience in a safe inclusive environment.
Please join Andrea Higgins, Certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and student of Calmer Choice & the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliances class of Foundations of Teaching Mindfulness for a sweet slow start to the week.  We will be gathering Monday mornings for an hour and 1/2 to practice mindfulness together in community.  This is a cumulative practice, please plan on joining each of our 4 sessions of our journey into mindfulness to enjoy the benefits  highlighted in the interconnectedness of the sessions.
Our Monday Morning Mindfulness sessions will include grounding practices, short talks related to meditation and mindfulness, and opportunities to share in a safe, supportive environment.  One of our sessions will include a Mindful Outdoor Experience in the stunning Sylvan Gardens.
Our Monday sessions will take place in the welcoming space at the Center for the Spiritual Journey Monday mornings from 9-1030 am the 4 Mondays in August. (8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25).  Our gatherings will take place in a cozy living room setting inside the carriage house of the Center.
This is a free offering.  Donations may be made to the Center of the Spiritual Journey to support their amazing work and programs.  I am looking forward to sharing practice with you.
