Teaching from the 3 pillars in her book which covers all levels, but basic and introductory practices for meditation are designed for those who have given up on meditation. It also offers a possible new perspective for meditators seeking a reboot. The approach brings people into conscious embodiment, giving an opportunity for the deepest and most authentic connection with oneself.
The class is designed to be interactive, so class can run up to 90 minutes. A written lesson and recording are provided with each lesson.
Linda Preston is a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor and a
Non-Dual Kabbalistic Healer. Her work is rooted in more than 40 years of
experience in the healing arts, and 28 years of teaching meditation.
Her diverse training and experience bring together perspectives from
several wisdom traditions including Buddhism, Sufism, Kabballah, and
more. She draws from those traditions, not as a single prescribed path,
but as a rich collection of practices and perspectives that can support each
person’s journey.
Linda’s approach to meditation is practical, accessible and experiential.
She creates a safe space where students can explore meditation in a way
that feels authentic and meaningful to them. Her intention is to help
students discover meditation as a tool for greater awareness, balance,
connection, and inner peace.
