The spiritual traditions of many indigenous tribes teach that gathering in safe and sacred communal space to lament together is necessary ‘medicine’ for traumatized people. In a Lament Circle, we support and witness one another’s pain without judgment or fixing, and offer it to the Heart of the Holy for healing release. Only then are we clear and grounded enough to ‘cry for a vision’ that will guide us with wisdom.
Join us in dedicated space as we share our wounded hearts with one another and Spirit, and seek wholeness in the midst of so much that is breaking.
