Journeying on Thursdays – An Introduction to 21 Stages of Meditation with Bevin Stark

Join us for an informal discussion on meditation. Time to share any fears, blocks, and successes that you have encountered on your journey toward inner peace. You will introduced some of the techniques that we use in Kundalini meditation and prove to you that anyone can meditate. During this hour, you will also have the opportunity to look through 21 Stages of Meditation, the book that will be used as a guide in the course beginning May 1.

Bevin Stark, Cape native, has spent over 20 years practicing Kundalini yoga and has been teaching 3-4 days a week for the past 10 yrs. One of the greatest benefits that Bevin has experienced in her practice of yoga and meditation is a deep inner peace, a stillness and the profound connection with Self and others.  This experience of connection is especially potent in this age of disconnect and isolation. From this experience, blossoms a knowing, which in turn leads to a shift in how you experience the world.
