Drum Making in Ceremony

$250 fee –minimum of 4 participants
All tools and materials provided – Participants bring food and beverage for lunch break.
Make your own hand drum, a percussion instrument used throughout the world for fun, song and rhythm, as well as for ceremony, vibrational healing and shamanic journey. Enjoy a relaxing day of crafting your 15-inch drum from Elk rawhide and maple drum frame, as well as the drum beater. You will then be invited to join the Sacred Drumming Circle on August 4 when you will receive your new drum (it takes 4 days for the drum to dry).
Starfeather resides in the Seattle, Washington area and is an old friend and former resident of Cape Cod. She lived for many years in Dennis where she and her husband raised their two sons. During the 1980s, Starfeather owned a small business in Dennis called Art & Soul Creative Workshop Center. She visits semi-annually with relatives that live on the Cape.
