Dreamwork: Opening Letters From Spirit

May 18 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

You will learn a bit about dreams – different kinds and the ways they have been understood both in history, spiritual traditions and contemporary psychology. Ruah will present 3 differing ways to open up dreams: dream mapping, dream dialogue and dream unfolding. You will do all 3 in class so you can see what you prefer. She will also teach how to listen to another’s dream and offer one’s own insights without interpreting what it is for someone else (dreamwork etiquette).

The goal of the class will be to learn how to explore one’s own dreams and apply them to what is happening currently in the dreamer’s internal and/or external life.

Ruah Bull M.A.,M.Ed. is a spiritual director, educator and retreat facilitator. She works with people on a variety of spiritual paths who are looking to connect with and trust their inner wisdom. A student of Celtic Christianity, Native American shamanism, archetypal psychology and subtle energy work, Ruah is passionate about participating in the current emergence of a spirituality that is embodied, intuitive and contemplative.
