Join Carl in embodying the essence of the sphere through a flowing series of ancient practices from many different traditions. You’ll not only be able to take these practices with you into your daily life, you’ll also be creating your own sphere of clay that you can practice and meditate with, helping you bridge the body and spirit.

The sphere’s continuous appearance throughout history reflects its deep connection to human spirituality and thought—whether as a symbol of cosmic truth, spiritual transcendence, or the mathematical elegance of the universe. It has served as a bridge between the earthly and the divine, the physical and the metaphysical. To harness the power of the sphere and embody its essence, you will be guided through a sphere of light meditation, slow yoga poses, and Qigong movements, as well as turning locally harvested clay into a polished grounding sphere called dorodango. True embodiment involves direct connection with the body of Earth, grounding our body’s electrical current, thus completing the circuit. Combining these practices offers deep grounding and flow that quickly helps us release and accept so that we may know the true form and power of our souls.
