This walk will teach you to hone your skills of heart energy expansion. You will be guided to deepen those threads of connectedness to all of life. When you need to calm, ground and center, free from the roiling turbulence of our current times, you will be reminded of how to stop and step outside of the storm, nurturing yourself and others, creating a positive path forward.
