Join us to deepen your meditation experience and understanding of Self. Each week we will read a small chapter from 21 Stages of Meditation by Gurucharan Singh Kalsa, PhD and come together to discuss ‘jewels’ of the reading followed by group meditation. You will be introduced to some of the techniques that we use in Kundalini meditation and prove to you that anyone can meditate.

You will need to purchase the book for this class.

Bevin Stark, Cape native, has spent over 20 years practicing Kundalini yoga and has been teaching 3-4 days a week for the past 10 yrs. One of the greatest benefits that Bevin has experienced in her practice of yoga and meditation is a deep inner peace, a stillness and the profound connection with Self and others.  This experience of connection is especially potent in this age of disconnect and isolation. From this experience, blossoms a knowing, which in turn leads to a shift in how you experience the world.
