This evening’s session will be facilitated by Carol Marcy and presented by Carol and Andrea Higgins.
In this session, there will be a discussion of some of the discoveries from science that reveal the amazing benefits for our body, mind and spirit when we partner with Nature. Carol Marcy will lead you in a guided meditation, followed by Andrea Higgins, taking you on an imaginary mindfulness walk into the exquisite Wonder in Nature.
Each session over the following weeks will focus on a different practice and as we learn and
grow together may our hearts, minds and bodies remember that WE are each others harvests!
We will end the eight sessions with one focused on choosing our path forward and keeping
the community garden growing.
