Journeying on Thursdays – An Introduction to the Cherokee Medicine Wheel

The purpose of the Thursday gathering is to introduce you to the Cherokee Medicine Wheel and the course being offered by Starfeather beginning March 10th.
Come explore the basic meaning and experience the magic of the Cherokee Medicine Wheel. It is a map to all of Creation, which is both visual and experiential. You will learn the basic structure of the wheel and be able to walk a model of it. You will be shown how to use it as a way to set an intention.
Starfeather had the opportunity to learn the intricate details of the Wheel from White Horse Woman, a Cherokee Medicine Woman in preparation for their Walk into the Elder Lodge. Hear the significance of this experience from Starfeather’s written words and the way in which she has carried this teaching forward.
