SUMMARY:9D Breathwork
DESCRIPTION:9D Breathwork \nwith Nicole from Wild Heart Compass\nSunday\, November 15\, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM\n$55\n\n\n\n9-D Breathwork is empowering energetic Alignment.  The Sacred Breath Method is a ceremonial\, live guided breathwork and energy experience that brings all of you into alignment — and returns you to yourself. \nYou arrive with what you are calling in\, want to feel or learn. The breath opens the heart with safety\, and what you receive is specific to you\, sourced from you\, in your own voice. \nHeld within a container of GEO Love sacred geometry\, 9D Breathwork immersive sound\, and real-time intuitive presence\, this experience opens with a grounding and energy alignment meditation before moving into an intentional breathwork journey that works in layers. \nFirst\, the breath opens what has been held — the stagnation\, the weight\, the things you have been carrying quietly for too long. For some that looks like finding their voice. For others it is emotional release\, or setting down what was never theirs to hold. \nThen something shifts. Insights arrive. Ideas surface. A clarity that feels less like thinking and more like remembering. And then the breath brings you home — to a place that feels peaceful\, whole\, and held. Where you move through life’s experiences with ease\, seen\, and supported. There is space before the breath to arrive with your intention\, and space after to explore what it means and how to carry it forward into daily life. \nThis is a place for the guides\, the nurturers\, the protectors — to feel what they so freely give to others. This is the kind of experience that brings you home to yourself — steady\, grounded\, and sovereign in your own knowing. \nChoose one: Experience Level: Beginner  \nWHO THIS IS FOR\nThis is for you if you have been keeping it together but you can feel the cost of it in your body. If you have done the reading\, the reflecting\, the understanding\, and something in you knows that what comes next has to be felt rather than figured out. If you are the intuitive practitioner ready to stop giving from empty and finally receive. The empath who wants to feel empowered and at home in their own body. The busy\, creative mind that is ready to quiet long enough to hear what is already there. You do not need to have done breathwork before. You do not have to be spiritual. You do not need to know what you are releasing. Just come curious and open minded. \n\nFill out my LGL Form!

SUMMARY:Qi Gong on the Labyrinth
DESCRIPTION:Qi Gong on the Labyrinth\nWith Andrea Belford\nat the Chatham Labyrinth in Chase Park\n10-11 AM on the third Monday of each month\n$20 each \nPlease register by noon on the Sunday before \nMonday\, Nov 16 – Gratitude – focus on balancing the energy in our bodies\, so that we can appreciate all that life offers.\nMonday\, Dec 21 – Winter Solstice – embrace the quiet energy of the upcoming winter season. \nIf you’ve enjoyed the Monday evening Labyrinth walks\, at the Chatham Labyrinth\, we invite you to continue the tradition with a monthly QiGong practice on the Labyrinth on Monday mornings! \nIf you haven’t tried QiGong before\, think of it as a moving meditation.  QiGong is energy work.  This is a self-healing practice where we follow a series of slow and gentle movements (all standing) that combine proper posture\, healthy breathing and mindfulness.  QiGong helps us to release any stagnant energies\, so that we may reach our greatest self-healing potential – both physically and emotionally. \nOur focus is on the 5 elements of nature- Wood\, Fire\, Earth\, Metal\, and Water – where we aim to connect with the energies of the natural world.  As we practice QiGong outside\, and move our bodies with nature\, we feel more of a oneness with nature\, more rooted\, and become aware of the deep energetic relationship we have with everything and everyone around us.  Not only does this deepen our connection with our surroundings\, but it helps to cultivate a stronger connection with our inner nature – leaving us feeling more at peace\, with ourselves and with one another. \n \nAndrea Belford has been practicing QiGong for over 8 years\, partnering with organizations to bring her practice to beautiful outdoor spaces so that people can connect with the elements and energies of nature.  Visit capecodqigong.org for more info \n  \nFill out my LGL Form!

SUMMARY:Circle of Soul Friends
DESCRIPTION:Circle of Soul Friends\nTuesdays 11:00 – 12:30\nwith Janet Dwinells\nSuggested donation $10 each circle\nPay here or bring your donation to the Center for the Spiritual Journey\nAll are welcome regardless of ability to pay \n “A Safe\, Sacred Space to Explore Your Heart”\nPlease join us for a Circle of Soul Friends\, a weekly gathering where we come together in openness\, respect\, and confidentiality to share from the heart. Janet Dwinells will be your guide as we enjoy simple rituals\, guided meditations\, poetry\, mindful listening\, and heartfelt sharing. \nEach week we meet in person to reflect on a soulful theme\, share what we are feeling\, (not thinking)\, and hold space for one another’s process. It is based on the Indigenous People’s talking circle where each person has time to share feelings\, while everyone else listens with respect. We don’t try to “fix” anyone or suggest ways to “help” them. Instead we are creating a safe space for people to be vulnerable and share without being judged in any way. \nThis is not a teaching group or therapy\, but a sacred circle of equals — a place to be seen and heard. Together we weave light into the world. \nThis is an open group. Come to one or all.\nAll donations go to the Center.\nIf you’d like to learn more contact Janet. jandwin@pm.me to set up a time to chat. \n  \nFill out my LGL Form!

SUMMARY:Kripalu Yoga 2026
DESCRIPTION:Kripalu Yoga\nwith Michele Insley\nSaturday mornings\n9:00 – 10:00 am\n$20 in person\n$10 on zoom \nno class Sept 26 or Oct 17 \nMichele Insley\, E-RYT 500\, will be teaching Kripalu Yoga. This all-levels gentle hatha yoga class is taught in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga\, known as the “yoga of compassion.” This style of yoga is accessible to everyone and every-body. It places an emphasis on meditation\, physical healing\, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Postures and breath are used to release tension\, stretch\, and strengthen the body and cultivate overall physical health and mental wellness. Each class ends with time for relaxation. \nMichele’s primary training is through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where she is certified at the 500-hour level. She has over 4000 teaching hours and is considered an ‘experienced teacher’. She is devoted to her yoga studies and continues her education in yoga asana (the physical practice) as well as yogic philosophy and history\, and the “deeper practices” of yoga. As a result\, she is influenced and inspired by a variety of teachers in other styles of yoga which include yin yoga\, ashtanga yoga and various meditation practices. \nWhen you register you will receive a confirmation email for the class with the zoom link. \nFill out my LGL Form!
