SUMMARY:Sound Bath of Solfeggio Tones
DESCRIPTION:Sound Bath with Solfeggio Tones\nMonday\, November 17 6:00 – 7:00 PM\n$30\nwith Bonnie Fedge \nThe Solfeggio Tones originated as six frequencies proven effective at healing the body. They were found in Gregorian Chants\, lost and then found again\, and researched for results. Three more have since been added\, all following a pattern\, but we will start with the initial six\, using different ones each time that work well together. They are 396hz\, 417hz\, 528hz\, 639hz\, 741hz\, 852hz. Occasionally chimes\, drum beats\, and other tones will be included for variation and receptivity. \nThis is one of many styles of Sound Baths. Comfortably lie down\, and just take it in. We hope you try it! \nBonnie Fedge is a Reiki Master\, Advanced Akashic Records\, and certified in Essential Oils and Sound Healing. \nFill out my LGL Form!

SUMMARY:To Honor the Earth: creating a Sacred Partnership
DESCRIPTION:To Honor the Earth: creating a Sacred Partnership\nDecember 4th\, 6 to 8 pm\nWith Carol Marcy\n$35 \nThis is one of several workshops that will focus on developing a conscious sacred partnership with the Earth. It is no secret that for years\, really centuries\, our culture has not been kind to the Earth. These workshops will focus on ways in which we can build rituals that create an active heart felt relationship with the living being called Earth and her Handmaidens\, the Devas and Nature Spirits (Angels and Fairies). As we open to the forces in Nature in active gratitude\, we create doorways into living in balance and harmony with all of life. These chaotic times challenge us to learn ways to unlock the Heart\, ground\, honor and feed these living beings with Beauty and Love. \nLet the Earth come alive for you. This workshop will focus on creating an active loving relationship with Earth and Nature. Maybe thank you isn’t enough. How do you show love? Write and sing love songs; build an altar\, which is actively fed with bountiful beauty that you find or make; food you cook; poems; conversations expressing your gratitude; dance; drum; prayers. Through ideas from other cultures\, meditation and journaling\, we will explore ways that will meaningfully bring your relationship into an active\, ongoing\, consciously created sacred partnership. \nPlease bring your journal. \nFill out my LGL Form!
