SUMMARY:Drumming in Sacred Circle
DESCRIPTION:Drumming in Sacred Circle\nFacilitated by Starfeather Marcy\nAugust 4\, 6:30 – 7:30pm \nThe beat of the drum calls to all of us; it is a universal human experience that roots us in our essential nature. Bring a friend! Enjoy an evening of rhythm\, fun and friendship. All are welcome. \nStarfeather resides in the Seattle\, Washington area and is an old friend and former resident of Cape Cod. She lived for many years in Dennis where she and her husband raised their two sons. During the 1980s\, Starfeather owned a small business in Dennis called Art & Soul Creative Workshop Center. She visits semi-annually with relatives that live on the Cape. \nFill out my LGL Form!

SUMMARY:SoulCollage® and the Labyrinth as Pathways for Transformation
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, October 14 7 – 9pm\nSaturday\, October 15 9:30 – 4:30pm\nSpace is Limited so don’t delay! \nPresented by Catherine Anderson\nRetreat cost: $185\nPartial Scholarships are available.\nPlease contact us at info@csjcapecod.org \nIn this workshop we will use both the labyrinth and the SoulCollage® process as guides to access our own inner resources and intuition. Using one of these practices alone will make a difference in your life\, but used together they amplify and deepen each other because they are both languages of the soul. They enable us to access our inner wisdom and deepen our understanding of ourselves as we journey on this path called life. Both processes allow us to create a sense of order out of the information that bombards us from all directions\, and both encourage us to develop a higher level of awareness which enables us to thrive in the complex and ever-changing world in which we live. \nDuring our time together you will: \n\nCreate SoulCollage® cards using symbolic imagery\nCreate your own simple Finger Labyrinth\nLearn ways to add the symbolic energy of the labyrinth to your SoulCollage® cards\nExperience using your SoulCollage® cards as a doorway to your intuitive wisdom\nExperience a facilitated Labyrinth walk\n\nEach participant will receive a kit containing a set of 10 blank cards to make your SoulCollage® cards together with clearbags to protect them\, a glue stick\, materials for your finger labyrinth\, as well as other surprises from Catherine. A rich selection of collage images will also be provided. \nThis workshop is a Veriditas Approved Qualifying Workshop for anyone wishing to attend a Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator Training. \nCatherine Anderson uses the labyrinth\, SoulCollage®\, expressive arts\, poetry and mindfulness as pathways for self-discovery and as ways of uncovering meaning and purpose in life. Her personal journey of self-discovery has taken her from a career as an attorney to photography franchise owner\, to creativity workshop facilitator. \nCancellation Policy: Should it be necessary for you to cancel your participation in this retreat you will be refunded the retreat costs less the $25 non-refundable deposit\, provided your cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If your cancellation is less that two weeks before the retreat you will forfeit the retreat cost. You are also welcome to find someone to take your place in the retreat. \nFill out my LGL Form!
