Visualizations and Reiki

$20 per class
The class will be a combination of entry level meditation, visualization, and Reiki. If you have never attempted any of the three, you are welcome. If you have, this will solidify foundations as we slowly build into deeper, simple, effective techniques that release troubles, build energy, and encourage connection.
This is not a course to teach or certify in Reiki levels, nor for one named technique of meditation only, but instead will introduce the basic principles of energy movement and connection within yourself and the world around you.
Bonnie Fedge is certified as a Reiki Master, Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, and Advanced Akashic Records Meditation. She works with Essential Oils, sound bowls and music, yoga, holistic health, as well as visualization and meditation, so they may all be incorporated to ensure positive and encouraging results. She has learned styles in many parts of the world and has formal education in teaching and coaching.
