Join visiting certified yoga teacher and life coach Anjali Budreski for a gentle yoga class dedicated to promoting peace within our hearts and peace in our world. This will be a beautiful healing practice woven with restorative and yin elements. Come find your way back home to yourself in a world that is hurting. Cultivate the peace and stillness that truly begins within each of us and leave feeling nourished, refreshed, and whole.
All levels are welcome to this embodied prayer and call for a more peaceful and just world. Enjoy thoughtfully sequenced yoga poses, a peaceful playlist, and lovely essential oils for the season. You will get a nice stretch in this class and beginners are most welcome. We will end class with a blissful guided relaxation.
At the end of practice, we will write mini prayers for peace on paper that you can bring home with you as a reminder of what we want to envision and the world we would like to create. Friends, family members and Thanksgiving guests are most welcome!
