Mindfulness Meditation Group – April

$10 week, $30 month, $50 month
Begin your day by nourishing your mind, body, and heart with a mindfulness meditation practice. Each week we will explore a different practice together in community from the comfort of your own space. Within the hour practice we will explore simple mindful movements (which can be done seated and modified for all bodies), a guided meditation, and an opportunity for reflection & voluntary sharing.
All are welcome, no prior meditation experience is necessary, and experienced meditators are invited to join with a “beginner’s mind.” Please arrive 5 minutes early. Once you register, you will receive the Zoom link for that month.
This program is offered by Alyssa Davis. Alyssa completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and has been leading an online meditation group for a year and a half, and became a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator in 2022 by Mindful Leader.
