Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It provides deep healing of the body. It will open with a brief tune in process to create awareness and positivity. Next, we will provide a series of movements that will help connect us to our energetic body and help cleanse our chakras. Also included will be a brief meditation followed by a deep relaxation period. This class welcomes all ages and levels.

The main goals and objectives of this class is to bring in self-love, abundance, and positivity.

Patrice Dwyer is a lifelong seeker of all things spiritual. She is also a certified Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor. She received her certification at Yoga the Ashram, the Baba Siri Chand Yoga and Retreat Center in Millis Massachusetts. She has been studying and practicing Kundalini yoga for over 13 years. She feels blessed to have worked and spent time with the many yoga and spiritual teachers at the Ashram. They have inspired her to continue this lineage to help others find their own individual power.  She is also Reiki level one certified and works with Crystal bowls and chimes. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and love of this practice with others in the community. Come join her for this wonderful spiritual journey. I can’t wait to see you there!
