Kripalu yoga is a gentle form of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with awareness of the breath to helpdevelop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit. Kripalu yoga meets your body where it is, recognizing and honoring abilities and limitations. In a Kripalu yoga class, there is a specific structure that includes centering, warmups, asana sequences, meditation and relaxation.

All are welcome.  Yoga mats are provided at the Center but you are welcome to bring your own.

Martha graduated from Kripalu 200-hour yoga teacher training in February 2023.
