Death Café in Person at the Center

November 6 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

with Kathy Budreski and Amanda Murphy
No program fee but registration is requested

This gathering will provide a comfortable atmosphere in which to share a respectful, thought provoking, and life affirming conversation on the topics of death and dying. The goal of a Death Café is to increase awareness and comfort with the topic of death, thereby helping people make the most of their finite lives. It is a group-directed discussion of death with no specific agenda and is not affiliated with any religious organization. The Death Café was founded by Jon Underwood in September 2011 and there are now over 13,000 Death Café’s in 80 countries.

Coffee/tea and cake are traditionally served at the gathering. We encourage our participants to enjoy a cuppa and a lovely treat in our new comfortable setting.

Kathleen Budreski, RN, BS, EPM – Kathy is certified in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling as well as Educational and Pastoral Ministry. She is a seasoned Death Café moderator.
