Capoeira is a fantastic opportunity for kids to be exposed to a unique blend of martial arts, music, culture, and camaraderie. Kids will get a chance to play traditional Capoeira instruments and learn to sing traditional Capoeira songs.
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form which combines music, dance, body awareness, and self defense. It helps develop balance, coordination, flexibility, sense of rhythm and self awareness. Capoeira involves movement utilizing the entire body developing strength, coordination, and flexibility.
